Inspiroituneena legendaarisen ruotsalaisbloggaaja Kenza Zouitenista ajattelin itsekin aloittaa täällä blogin puolella perjantai lista-tradition. Lista tuntuu hauskalta tavalta summata yhteen viikon toistaiseksi kiinnostavimmat tapahtumat, ja toisaalta myös kivoimmat asiat, jotka vielä tähän viikkon tulevat mahtumaan. 

Perjantain asu. Pukeutumis-inspiraatio on ollut aika lailla nollissa kuluneen viikon aikana, mutta kerta toisensa jälkeen päälle on valikoitunut tämä IvyRevelin vaaleanpunainen paita yhdessä mustien housujen kanssa. Toimii 😀

Mitä kuuntelet tänään? Tänään ohjelmassa oli lähinnä B-tutkintoni ohjelman soittamista, mutta seuraavaksi toivon kuuntelevani ihmisten hälinää jossain ihanassa ravintolassa viinilasillisen äärellä.

Perjantain fiilis. Iloinen ja kiitollinen hyvistä yöunista! En ole kahteen viikkoon oikein saanut unta, mutta eilen kiikutin apteekista kotiin melatoniinipurkin ja sain vihdoin nukuttua kokonaiset 9 tunnin unet.

Viikonlopun suunnitelmat. Huomenna soitan ensi maanantaita varten valmistelemani tutkinto-ohjelmani luokkatunnilla ja toivottavasti saan myös vihdoin viimein kirjoitettua loppuun oikeusteorian-esseeni, joka tällä kertaa on tuottanut tavallista enemmän päänvaivaa. Sunnuntai menee todennäköisesti myös pitkälti kouluhommissa, mutta toivottavasti ehdin myös saada hyvät unet alle ennen maanantain koitosta. Aivan huikea viikonloppu siis tulossa… 😀

Viikon hauskoin tapahtuma. Pääsin kahville yhden Sibelius-Akatemian dekaanin kanssa! Alkuviikosta sain häädön yhdestä harjoitusluokasta hieman dramaattisin kääntein ja tämän seurauksena sain kutsun kahville tämän inspiroivan, viisaan, lämpimän ja äärimmäisen välittävän naisen kanssa. Tällaista käännettä en viikolleni lainkaan osannut odottaa, mutta yllätys oli sitäkin mieluisampi.

Inspired by the somewhat legendary Kenza Zouiten I thought I’d start a Friday list-tradition here on the blog. The list feels like a nice way to sum up the most interesting events of the week and the funniest things still coming up. Here we go!

What are you wearing today? I haven’t felt too inspired to wear much anything lately, but time after time I’ve ended up wearing this pink IvyRevel shirt. Works every time! 

What are you listening to today? Today I’ll mostly be hearing Brahms violin concerto and Grieg string quartet (played by yours truly), and in the evening I hope I’ll be able to enjoy the sound of happy and relaxed people in a nice restaurant or bar with a glass of good wine in my hand in some good company.

What’s your mood today? Happy and grateful for the beautiful weather and otherwise quite tired. Probably mostly due to some unconscious stressing I’ve been sleeping incredibly badly during the past two weeks, and the unslept hours are starting to weight me down a bit.

Any plans for the weekend? Tomorrow I’ll play my entire exam program in our class concert and hopefully also manage to finish my essay in theory of law, which has caused me much more headache than usual. Sunday will also probably pass whilst practicing and doing schoolwork, but I hope to squeeze in a good and extensive night of sleep before the exam on Monday. So over all an extremely exciting weekend coming up… 😀

Whats the funniest thing that happened this week? One of the deans of our university invited me for coffee! On Tuesday I was thrown out of a practicing room rather dramatically and ironically thanks to this I was invited to have a cup with this inspiring, wise, warm and incredibly caring woman. This was a plot twist I could never have expected, but the surprise was incredibly pleasant.
