Kuten somehiljaisuudestani ehkä voi päätellä, kiire pääsi yllättämään pahemman kerran koulun alettua! Tekemistä, ja ennen kaikkea harjoiteltavaa on paljon, mutta siitä huolimatta – tai ehkä juuri sen takia – on kyllä tosi hyvä fiilis tulevasta syksystä. Hektisestä aikataulusta johtuen käy kuitenkin helposti niin, että vaikka iltaisin olisikin aikaa istahtaa koneen äärelle ja kirjoitella tänne, olen kotiin tultuani niin väsynyt, etten jaksa muuta kuin vähän siivoilla ja mennä nukkumaan. Onneksi hektiseen rytmiin tottuu nopeasti, joten enköhän vähitellen pääse takaisin säännöllisempään bloggailurytmiinkin kiinni 🙂 Lupaan avata viime viikkojen kuulumisia enemmän tulevissa postauksissani!

Kiireen lisäksi Suomen aivan ihana loppukesän sää pääsi yllättämään kotiinpalaajan. Olin jo valmis siirtymään syystakkien ja ylipolvensaappaiden pariin, mutta täällähän voi vielä juoksennella ympäri ilman takkia sandaleteissa ja culotte-housuissa! Ihan huippua. Kuvista spottaatte myös yhden syksyn lempitrendeistäni, nimittäin ylisuuret puhvihihat. // As you might have figured out based on my radio silence, reality hit hard when the school started! There is so much to do, and even more to practice, and still I couldn’t be much more excited about the fall. The only negative with my somewhat hectic schedule is that when I come home I hardly have the energy to do anything else but eat, clean a bit and sleep. Based on past experience I guess I’ll get used to it, and when I do I promise to be back with a more regular blogging pace! More about all the things that I’ve been up to coming up in my next post!

In addition to the rush also the amazing Finnish late summer weather caught me by surprise. I was already mentally prepared for fall coats and over the knee-boots, yet suddenly I can still run around in sandalettes and dresses despite the fact that it’s already September! Love it. In the photos you can spot one of my favourite fall trends this year: the puff sleeve. This shirt from IvyRevel has been a favourite all summer long, and you can find several similar ones at at least Gina Tricot and Zara. How do you feel about the trend? 🙂
